Application and specification
Each project begins with a detailed understanding of the vehicle, installation environment, operating conditions and required damping characteristics. These parameters establish the technical basis for engineering, manufacturing and validation.
Material and supplier control
Materials and components are selected according to the technical requirements of each product. Incoming materials and supplier performance are monitored through defined quality procedures before components enter production.
Controlled production
Manufacturing and assembly follow documented procedures, with inspections integrated at relevant stages of production. This structured approach supports consistent execution across individual units, small batches and series production.
Testing and calibration
Every KARSUS shock absorber undergoes functional testing before release. Damping characteristics are measured, calibrated and verified against the approved product specification using dedicated testing equipment. The same measurement-based approach is applied during prototype validation and refurbishment.
Final inspection and release
Production records and test results are reviewed before each shock absorber is approved for delivery. This final verification confirms conformity with the agreed technical requirements and completes the controlled manufacturing process.
Continuous improvement
Experience gained through engineering, production, testing, refurbishment and field operation is used to improve both products and processes. This direct feedback loop supports informed technical decisions and continuous development across the organisation.
